Therapeutic Interventions

Therapeutic Interventions

React Havens uses a range of therapeutic interventions when working with young people who are placed are on our therapeutic programme. Every effort is made to improve the wellbeing of those young people who are in need of help but are refusing it or are otherwise unable to initiate or accept help.

The therapeutic interventions can be both psychological or physical which are led or guided by a professional interventionist. Therapeutic interventions are delivered to young people in a nonthreatening manner and can often turn negative situations into positive outcome. Therapeutic interventions can help modify behaviors that interfere with a young person’s well-being. The goal of our therapeutic interventions are to take actions that will make a positive change in the way some young people think or behave, to modify or prevent self-destructive behavior.
